OUR PROCESS

Extrusion

It is the team in charge of directing the mixed formula in a process of homogenizing the mass by means of a cannon and screw, through a matrix or nozzle that shapes the required profile.

Injection

The unvulcanized rubber is fed into an injector, where a screw homogenizes it at a controlled temperature to prevent vulcanization. It is then softened and pushed by hydraulic force into a mold, where heat is applied for a set time to ensure proper shaping and curing.

Pressing (Molding)

The unvulcanized rubber is placed in a mold mounted on a press, which applies hydraulic force to shape it. Heat is then applied for a set time to trigger vulcanization, ensuring proper formation and curing.

Flocking

Our flocked profiles are made from an EPDM polymer base. The process starts with extrusion, followed by engraving on one surface for adhesive application, ensuring easy installation. Nylon lint is then adhered using an electric charge field and secured through a post-curing tunnel.
